net user administrator <password>

net user administrator activate:yes

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\Userlist
Add a new DWORD entry
Name it Administrator and change its value to 1
